If we all begin now, looking ahead to the "99" Fair, and set aside or plan a Fair project for this winter, there won't be those last minute anxious mo- ments. The Baker County Dis- trict Attorney's office re- viewed the evidence and de- termined that Patty had not committed an act of shoplift- ing under Oregon law.
