The junior Lions started the ball rolling by donating half the cost of the $6,000 sign. The Pine Eagle High School student body contributed $1,000 toward the project, ha/ream pitched in $50, and Anderson Perry and Associates Engineering of La Grande do- nated $250. The Club continues to seek donations tbr the remaining $2,400. Contributions can be sent directly to Kay Crane or Susan Sciarrino, Leo Club co-leaders, or to the Lions Club. Be sure to indicate that your donation is to go towards the lighted sign. ~Wa:'vb: Schaber and Al:~'e Be/tiler pa/h:nl/~: hold zip lhc 500 pounJ sign us A'~y Crane and John Bm/brd dA'- c'uss /n s/alia/ion de- The sign win b(' anchored /n place and /inished of/" a,//h a s/oneworh base so:nc/:)7/e dtzr- :::~, /he :~e.r/ fi, w I4'(/('~'N.
