They're very coopera- tive--they'vehad someprob- lems with schedules, and they've been very patient." Steinebach comes to the Pine Eagle School District after 25 years of teaching and administrative experience in Montana. He taught math, science, physics and chemis- try for twenty years in Great Falls, then moved on to be- come principal of the middle school in WhiteN Sulfur Springs for two years. Prior to coming to Pine Valley he was superintendent and prin- cipal of grades K through 12 in Willow Creek for three years. Why Pine VaUey?'NVe love the area -- that was one of the attractive features of com- ing here. This is very similar to Willow Creek -- maybe a little prettier, because there's more moisture here." Of the district and staff Steinebach says: "The staff seems to be a very dedicated group. And even thdugh RUS STEINEBACH Chuck Wiltse and I are both newto the district, Mr. Wiltse knows the area and many of the people. I enjoy working with him -- he's very up front." mwto t~ ~ hlm Mrs. Steinebach, Nan, is a certified school counselor, and is looking at the possibility of working in the community. The Steinebachs have a son, Sean, 23, who works in Seattle.
