The show will be held at the Eagle Valley Grange Hall in Richland Oregon, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. both days. There will be lots of quilts on display which have been made by the local quilt art- ists. Many antique quilts and coverlets will also be dis- played. NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING There will be a public hearing held before the Richland City Council regarding the Richland Transportation System Plan with its implementing ordinances on June 19, 2001, from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Public testimony will be taken. NOTICE OF BUDGET COMMITTEE MEETING A public meeting of the Budget Committee of the City of Halfway, Baker County, State of Oregon, to discuss the budget for the fiscal year July 1, 2001, to June 30, 2002, will be held at City Hall Council Chambers. The meeting will take place on the 6th day of June 2001, at 7 p.m. The purpose of the meeting is to receive the budget message and to receive comment from the public on the budget. A copy of the budget document may be inspected or obtained on or after June 5, 2001, at City Hall, between the hours of 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. This is a public meeting where deliberation of the Budget Commit- tee will take place. Any person may appear at the meeting and discuss the proposed programs with the Budget Committee.
