(The software includes shareware. See Shareware Note.) Additional Mail Boxes: A nonrecurring charge that will include the set-up fees and software to allow additional mail boxes Volume, Standard Volume, and High Volume Accounts. Recurring Charges per Low Low Volume Account: This account allows the Internet user I0 hours access time, per month, to the Internet. If this time is exceeded the Additional Hours ]br LOw Volume will then apply. Additional Hours for Low Volume Accounts if the 10 hours access time has been used up for the month, each additional hour will cost $3.00 per hour for the remainder of the month. Standard Volume Account: This account allows the Internet user 25 hours access, per month, to the lnternet. If this time is exceeded the Additional Hours fi~r Standard and High Volume Accounts will then apply. High Volume Account: This account allows the Internet user 85 hours access, per month, to the Internet. If this time is exceeded the Additional Hours fbr Standard and High Volume Accounts will then apply Additional Hours for Standard and High Volume Accounts: If the allotted access hours for the Standard or High Volume Accounts have been used up for the month, each additional hour will cost $1,00 per hour for the remainder of the month Additional Mail Boxes per Account: If the user of the account requires additional Mail Boxes, each additional Mail Box will cost a one time set-up lee of'S10.00 plus a monthly tee of $3.00 per Mail Box This will allow multiple users per LOw Volume, Standard Volume, and High Volume Accounts. (The user whose name the account is in shall the designated person to call for technical issues.) Shareware Note: Pine Telephone is selling local access to the lnternet. The set-up fee and monthly fee is for the local access to the Internel. This fee does not include any software to access the Internet, however, the customers signing-up lbr Internet will receive a software package called "Infomotion" that makes getting started easier for the Internet user. The "Infomotion" includes shareware andfreeware to assist the new Internet user. The customer is not obligated to use the shareware that is within the "Inlomotion" software package. There are many software programs on the market for e-mail and browsers, for use on the Internet. Freeware is software that is free to be used with no additional cost. Shareware is software that you are permitted to try for a designated period of time. After the designated time has expired the customer is expected to either purchase the software or to discontinue the use of the software. This is a "try before you buy" concept that the owner of the software is leaving to the conscience of the customer to either buy the software or not.
